About the Role
We are seeking an Immobilieninvestment & Portfolio Analyst to manage the economic analysis, steering, and development of our real estate portfolio. This role focuses on sustainable value growth, informed investment decisions, and forward-looking financial planning, connecting analytical thinking with a deep understanding of real estate investments, cash flow planning, and economic analyses.
Responsibilities
- Independent creation and further development of budgets, cash flow planning, and forecasts
- Ensuring and final preparation of monthly, quarterly, and special reports for management, banks, and investors
- Independent development, modeling, and further development of business plans, financial models, and economic analyses
- Proactive analysis and monitoring of relevant financial key figures and the economic performance of our real estate portfolio
- Coordination of real estate acquisitions and sales, as well as support in due diligence processes
- Coordination and technical management of external real estate valuations
- Support in refinancing and coordination with banks, investors, and external consultants
- Economic evaluation of rental offers, contract extensions, and leasing scenarios
- Creation of market analyses and decision proposals for management
- Support in strategic real estate and development projects, as well as cross-departmental special tasks
Requirements
- Completed studies in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in real estate asset management, investment management, real estate finance, real estate controlling, or consulting
- Strong numerical understanding and experience in creating cash flow models
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and ability to quickly learn new systems
- Analytical thinking, independent action, and ability to maintain an overview of complex issues
- Strong communication skills, enjoyment of teamwork, and collaboration with various stakeholders
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills

- High affinity for numbers and systems, ability to quickly learn new software solutions, financial models, and analysis tools
- Pragmatism and implementation strength to develop economically sensible solutions and actively shape portfolio performance
