About the Role
As a Senior Consultant Finance Transformation, you will develop concepts and solutions in various financial areas to optimize the finance function and enhance competitiveness. You will support clients strategically and operationally in areas like Business Finance, Global Business Services, or M&A, with a focus on digitalization. You will develop best-practice concepts, planning and budgeting processes, and reporting landscapes. Additionally, you will optimize administrative and transactional processes, manage sub-projects, expand client relationships, and support acquisition efforts. You will also develop consulting approaches, assist with publications, and create company presentations.
Responsibilities
- Support clients strategically and operationally in areas such as Business Finance, Global Business Services, or M&A, particularly regarding digitalization.
- Develop best-practice concepts, processes for planning and budgeting, and modern reporting landscapes with experts.
- Optimize administrative and transactional processes, e.g., through corporate centers, shared services, or outsourcing.
- Act as the central point of contact for own (sub-)projects, expand existing client relationships, and support the team in acquisition.
- Develop consulting approaches, support publications, and create company presentations.
Requirements
- Excellent degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Mathematics, or equivalent, with relevant internships.
- Minimum of two to five years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, auditing, or industry, both domestically and internationally.
- Enjoy complex projects and personal development, strong team orientation, proficient with MS Office.
- Confident in communication and presentation for demanding audiences, self-responsibility, and agile, goal-oriented work style.
- Strong ability to identify, critically evaluate, and strategically apply AI potentials for innovative solutions, sound recommendations, and measurable customer benefits.
