About the Role
As a Senior Consultant AI & Data Strategy, you will be the point of contact for analytics at all levels, supporting clients from the C-suite to operations in implementing large-scale data programs that meet their requirements. You will develop and operationalize strategies and concepts for mobilizing and monetizing corporate data, translate data-driven strategies into concrete use cases, and facilitate agile implementation projects. You will also train and present results to ensure client buy-in for data-driven products and optimizations, experience innovation hubs like the Deloitte Greenhouse and AI Garage, and support interdisciplinary project teams in implementing strategic initiatives for global clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and operationalize strategies and concepts for mobilizing and monetizing corporate data.
- Translate data-driven strategies into concrete use cases.
- Prepare and support agile implementation projects.
- Conduct training and present results to clients.
- Support interdisciplinary project teams in implementing strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Several years of consulting experience in strategy and organizational development, corporate and data architecture, change management, and decision support.
- Successfully completed studies in business informatics, industrial engineering, business administration with a focus on informatics, or comparable fields.
- Knowledge of current trends in data and AI, and digital transformation, including Data Economics, Data Monetization, Cognitive & Cloud Computing, Data Spaces, and Data Ecosystems.
- Analytical thinking skills.
- Leadership experience.
- Proactive work approach.
- Willingness to travel.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English.
