About the Role
As an Associate Deployment Strategist, you will focus approximately 80% of your time on client work and 20% on product development. You will manage a portfolio of 1-3 enterprise accounts, guiding them from post-sale through launch and beyond, utilizing the Euphoric MCP to build custom agents, automations, and workflows at the forefront of AI in the workplace.
Responsibilities
- Own client accounts end-to-end, from post-sale handover through implementation, launch, renewal, and expansion.
- Configure demos and the actual product to drive land and expand strategies for new countries or employee populations.
- Deliver deployments by configuring GAP and Navigator, building implementation plans, managing UAT, data, and policy documents, and tracking adoption.
- Spend time on-site with clients' benefits and HR teams, including regional rollouts and country launches, averaging about 1 day per week.
- Lead workshops and train client teams on GAP and Navigator.
- Design and ship custom agents, automations, and workflows using the Euphoric MCP to solve specific client problems.
- Manage client relationships as the day-to-day contact, including writing clear communications and preparing decks, QBRs, and proposals.
- Shape the product by working with core product, engineering, and design teams to build features and flows based on field insights.
- Support product development in areas like specs, evaluations, prompts, testing, and analytics during less client-intensive weeks.
- Work alongside Deployed Product Managers, owning client-specific tasks while they focus on core product improvement.
Requirements
- 1+ years of enterprise deployment experience in a B2B SaaS environment, including handling difficult stakeholders.
- Demonstrated deep interest and constant building with AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cowork, Cursor, Codex, MCP integrations and agents).
- A builder mentality, comfortable with APIs, data models, and prompts, capable of building agents and automations independently.
- Exceptional academic track record from a top university, with strong A-levels or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills, including crisp emails, effective presentations, and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and senior executives.
- High ownership mentality, treating accounts as one's own business and following through without constant supervision.
- Proven track record as a high performer in demanding activities (e.g., rapid promotion, elite sports/music, academic awards).
