- Establish and maintain project-management tools and controls, including project plans, decision logs, action trackers, milestone reporting, and project health reporting.
- Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, developing mitigation plans with accountable business owners and escalating issues when required.
- Support budget and resource planning by tracking project requirements, commitments, emerging pressures, and impacts on the overall delivery plan.
- Coordinate activities involving agencies and external partners, ensuring their deliverables and timelines are integrated into the broader project plan.
- Prepare concise project status reports and materials for project sponsors, leadership, and governance groups.
- Facilitate project retrospectives and lessons learned to strengthen the delivery approach as the model expands to additional sports.
Requirements

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing concise project reporting for senior leaders and governance committees.
