About the Role
The Banking & Loan Finance Department is seeking an associate with 3–5+ years of relevant experience to work with leading banks, alternative lenders, insurance companies, sponsors, asset managers, and other institutional clients on highly structured and bespoke domestic and cross-border transactions involving private equity, secondaries, private credit, infrastructure, real estate, and other alternative investment strategies in a rapidly growing practice.

- Work with leading banks, alternative lenders, insurance companies, sponsors, asset managers, and other institutional clients on highly structured and bespoke domestic and cross-border transactions involving private equity, secondaries, private credit, infrastructure, real estate, and other alternative investment strategies.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in complex financing transactions with bespoke collateral structures
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong drafting and analytical skills
- Solid law firm legal experience
- Excellent client communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable managing multiple workstreams
- Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively while moving transactions forward independently
- A J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Admission to the New York Bar
- Resume or CV is a must
- Candidates for lawyer opportunities in the U.S. must have a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school and be a member of the Bar in the United States

Salary/Compensations
- $260,000 to $365,000 per year
- Eligible for additional forms of compensation, which may include annual performance bonuses and discretionary bonuses.
