Responsibilities
- Serve customers with passion and pride, providing great natural service.
- Be knowledgeable about store products and services.
- Work across service, picking, and replenishment areas as required.
- Apply training to work safely, effectively, and serve customers brilliantly.
- Make customer-focused decisions and deliver routines that meet customer needs.
- Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere.
- Understand store performance, contributing to service, sales, waste reduction, and profit.
- Handle products with care to maintain quality.
- Be yourself, live company values, make everyone feel welcome, and follow policies.
- Accept deliveries into the store when required.
Requirements

Salary/Compensations
- £13.28 per hour (starting rate)
- £14.55 per hour (for stores within the M25)
