Responsibilities
- Plan, control, and track technical maintenance, renovation, and modernization measures.
- Coordinate craftsmen and service providers on-site.
- Process damage reports and manage defect resolution.
- Prepare tenders and obtain quotes.
Requirements
- Completed technical or commercial vocational training (e.g., in building services, construction, real estate, or comparable) or a degree with a technical focus (e.g., civil engineering, building services).
- Experience in technical administration, order processing, or building management is advantageous.
- Experience in construction management and coordination of specialists and service providers.
- Experience in performance billing, invoice verification, or invoicing is desirable.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken.
