About the Role
Support the Finance Insights Team with cost center and intercompany work, gaining experience in controlling at a global listed company and owning real tasks from day one.
Responsibilities
- Process and manage internal tickets on cost center adjustments and maintenance.
- Help resolve intercompany recharge differences.
- Support the preparation of internal monthly financial reports and ad hoc financial analyses.
- Act as a point of contact for cost center owners, providing clear and timely answers to standard inquiries.
- Keep the internal intranet page current with accurate materials and documentation.
- Document existing controlling workflows to streamline onboarding and maintain department consistency.
Requirements
- Current enrollment in a university degree program, ideally a Master's in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
- Availability to work up to 20 hours per week during the semester.
- MS Office skills, especially Excel, and an affinity for finance tools.
- Interest in processes and finance.
- Organized and well-structured, able to switch between diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English.
