About the Role
This role is an integral part of the Reward Team, working closely with the Reward Director and the rest of the HR team to support the delivery of S&W Reward proposition. You will combine an understanding of the organization and its context with Reward expertise to tailor reward solutions and develop effective interventions.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of reward strategies aligned to business objectives
- Provide insight on market competitiveness, pay positioning, and reward trends
- Support organizational design and workforce planning from a reward perspective
- Lead the annual pay review process
- Advise on job evaluation, grading, and pay structures
- Benchmark roles using market data and ensure external competitiveness
- Support the design and management of incentive plans
- Support governance and communication of bonus plans
- Support the Benefits, Pension and Reward Senior Business Partner on benefits design, harmonisation, and optimisation
- Work with providers to ensure efficient delivery of benefit programmes
- Act as the key contact for business leaders on all reward-related matters
- Provide guidance to HR Business Partners and line managers
- Influence decision-making with data-driven insights
