Responsibilities
- Process alarm and fault notifications and notify rescue services or contact persons.
- Answer calls from customers, technicians, and authorities.
- Document all steps for each process.
- Communicate with the responsible service providers.
Requirements
- Willingness to work in 24/7 shifts.
- Reliable, confident, professional, team-oriented, and structured work approach.
- Native-level German language skills.
- Completed vocational training.
- A clean employment record is required.
- The role requires on-site presence; remote work is not possible.
