About the Role
Join our Controlling & Accounting team to ensure reliable financial accounting and support sustainable energy projects. We are seeking a Financial Accountant (m/f/d) to contribute to our mission of generating renewable energy for a sustainable future.
Responsibilities
- Process incoming electronic invoices and create/book outgoing credit notes based on client assignment.
- Independently execute payments and bank transactions to ensure smooth payment processing.
- Maintain open items for debtors and creditors accurately, on time, and comprehensibly.
- Prepare VAT pre-declarations to support timely fulfillment of tax obligations.
- Meticulously archive documents and receipts digitally for complete documentation.
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally as a tax assistant or in a comparable field.
- Initial professional experience in accounting or financial management is welcome.
- Familiarity with accounting processes, invoice processing, payment transactions, and account maintenance, or the motivation to learn quickly.
- Structured, reliable work style with a strong sense of accuracy and diligence.
- Basic MS Office skills.
- Fluent in German.
