About the Role

Support individuals in realistically assessing their professional strengths, developing new perspectives, and making informed decisions for further education or retraining. This role is for a newly launched project focused on talent assessment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual coaching sessions and career orientation.
• Perform comprehensive competency assessments.
• Develop a usable professional suitability profile.
• Prepare participants for further qualification and integration processes.
• Facilitate individual coaching and conduct status and goal clarification discussions.
• Assist with vocational potential analysis and assessment of competencies, qualifications, strengths, motivation, and barriers.
• Develop realistic career prospects.
• Advise on further training, retraining, partial and further qualifications, and alternative career options.
• Engage in motivational work and strengthen initiative, mobility, flexibility, and self-confidence.
• Provide application coaching, create and optimize application documents, and prepare for interviews.
• Support digital application methods and the use of services from the Federal Employment Agency or Jobcenter.
• Initiate individual retraining programs and prepare suitable trial periods.
• Create and update individual qualification and integration plans, and document results.
• Work in a resource-oriented, labor-market-focused, and binding manner to open realistic and sustainable qualification perspectives for participants.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a degree.
• At least one year of experience in the vocational and social integration of the target group.
• In-depth knowledge of the educational landscape, job profiles, and the training and job market.
• Experience in application coaching and creating application documents.
• Proficiency in standard office software, digital application methods, and the Federal Employment Agency portal.
• Structured, communicative, empathetic, and flexible for cross-project assignments.
