About the Role
This fixed-term maternity cover role within the Programme Performance team will strengthen how the organization measures, understands, and communicates impact. It will ensure evidence informs learning, decision-making, and donor reporting by collaborating with central and regional teams. The position focuses on monitoring, evaluation, learning (MEL), grant reporting, data analysis, dashboard development, and creating learning resources.
