About the Role
COLD is a streetwear brand with a global vision, born from raw creative energy. We are opening a new store in Berlin and building the founding team. This role will help set the tone for COLD in Germany by leading the shop floor team and creating personalized customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team on the shop floor and set the example on every shift.
- Connect with every customer, listen, recommend, and create a personalized experience.
- Close sales with style, speed, and precision.
- Handle store opening and closing, cash management, stock control, and shift reports.
- Maintain store appearance, including order, stock, visuals, and details.
- Support the Coach and team through collaboration and idea contribution.
- Receive and launch new collections with impact.
Requirements
- Retail experience with team leadership (Key Lead, Shift Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or similar).
- Experience in fashion or streetwear is a plus.
- Organized, fast, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to read customers and offer immediate solutions.
- Fully available for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
