About the Role

In this role, you will combine project management, digitalization, and Artificial Intelligence to develop innovative solutions, identify new opportunities to simplify processes, leverage knowledge, and continuously improve project management.

Responsibilities

Support Project Management Excellence initiatives, collaborating with international colleagues and stakeholders.
Optimize project management processes, methods, tools, and standards.
Explore innovative applications of Artificial Intelligence in project management.
Support the development, testing, and implementation of AI-powered solutions, agents, and dashboards.
Automate recurring tasks, improve knowledge access, and promote data-driven decision-making.
Prepare and support the execution of workshops, project reviews, assessments, and training sessions.
Develop training concepts and knowledge-sharing resources for the international Project Management community.
Promote the exchange of best practices.
Coordinate cross-country initiatives and follow up on action items.
Contribute ideas to ensure sustainable improvements.

Requirements

Currently studying Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Project Management, Business Informatics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a comparable field.
Passionate about project management and Project Management Excellence.
Initial practical experience in project management, a PMO, or a project-oriented environment is ideal.
Enthusiastic about Artificial Intelligence and digitalization.
Initial hands-on experience with generative AI applications such as Microsoft Copilot.
Basic knowledge of Power BI and other digitalization tools is ideal.
Confident in using Microsoft 365, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Ability to present complex information clearly and compellingly.
Confident communication with various stakeholders.
Enjoy working in international teams.
Very good English skills.
Basic German language skills.
