About the Role
As a Security Employee / Store Detective (m/f/d), you will contribute to security in department stores and retail by working discreetly, observing attentively, and actively preventing theft. You will have predictable working hours during the day, with shifts between 08:00 and 21:00, Monday to Saturday, with no night, Sunday, or holiday duties.
Responsibilities
- Theft and merchandise prevention in the sales area
- Monitoring and analysis of video surveillance systems
- Implementation of security and control measures
- Situation analysis and prompt, appropriate response in emergencies
- Discreet investigative and reconnaissance work in cases of suspicion
Requirements
- Requires the "Sachkundeprüfung nach § 34a GewO" (test of knowledge according to § 34a of the Trade Regulation Act)
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Impeccable certificate of good conduct
- High degree of reliability and sense of responsibility
- Friendly and customer-oriented demeanor
