About the Role

Responsibilities
- Control access and presence in the entrance area.
- Welcome customers in a friendly and service-oriented manner.
- Enforce house rules within the store.
- Early identification and prevention of conflict situations.
- Attentive observation of security-relevant incidents.
- De-escalate conflicts appropriately to the situation.
Requirements
- Requires the "Sachkundeprüfung nach § 34a GewO" (knowledge test according to § 34a of the German Trade Regulation Act).
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken.
- Unblemished criminal record.
- High reliability and sense of responsibility.
- Friendly and customer-oriented demeanor.
