About the Role
Join our team to provide gate and reception services for a federal authority. We offer predictable working hours in a day shift role, Monday to Friday, with no night, Sunday, or holiday duties. You will be responsible for access control, visitor reception, enforcing security regulations, and documenting security-related events.
Responsibilities
- Gate and reception services
- Conducting access and entry controls
- Visitor reception and providing information
- Monitoring security and order regulations
- Patrols within the premises
- Documentation of security-relevant events
- Close cooperation with authorities and property managers
Requirements
- Security check (§ 34a GewO) (mandatory)
- Valid security clearance Ü1, Ü2, or Ü3 according to the Security Clearance Act (SÜG) desirable or advantageous
- Professional experience in security services is advantageous
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
- Impeccable appearance, reliability, and discretion
- Willingness to undergo a security check
