About the Role
The Operations Team supports our clients and handles traffic law cases. We are looking for you as a mandatory intern (m/f/d) in our modern law firm to help us achieve our mission of giving people access to justice.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with lawyers and support by creating and maintaining digital files.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Review, sort, and process incoming documents independently.
- Gain insight into administrative tasks of a law firm and support optimal client care.
Requirements
- Must complete a mandatory internship as part of obtaining Fachhochschulreife (higher education entrance qualification).
- Demonstrate basic interest in law firm work or administrative tasks with legal relevance.
- Possess strong teamwork skills and the ability to pull together with the team.
