About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Delivery Manager to join our Voids team in London. You will be responsible for the productivity and utilization of the internal team, managing properties completed by external contractors, conducting property scopes, reporting, issuing works, and ensuring enabling works are instructed. You will also manage DLO and HR issues, and conduct post-inspections of properties.
Responsibilities
- Inspecting works completed to ensure these represent value for money e.g. efficient use of materials
- Maintaining compliance for health and safety, ensuring this is promoted and adhered to
- Handling complaints and breakdowns in service to meet customer expectations
- Working with colleagues to ensure work is arranged, prioritised and completed in an efficient manner
- Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring the customer is our main focus
Requirements
- Qualified to ILM membership (The Institute of Leadership) and have a NVQ Level 3 in a core trade or currently undertaking the qualification
- Recent experience of undertaking a similar role, preferably within a building maintenance or facilities management environment
- Working knowledge of the application of Health and Safety legislation
- Proven experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workloads
- Basic user of Microsoft Office packages, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook (or similar)
- Hold a full valid UK driving licence

Salary/Compensations
- £47,319 - £49,809 per year
- £47,319 per annum (rising to £49,809 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
