About the Role
As a Consultant HR Payroll, you will advise international clients alongside your team, contributing to efficient processes and optimizing HR compliance management. You will analyze existing HR processes, develop solutions for smooth operations, and handle payroll and tax-related questions at the interface of financial and payroll accounting.

Requirements
- Degree in business administration or completed vocational training with corresponding further education.
- Interest in payroll tax and social security law.
- Good understanding of entrepreneurial processes.
- Affinity for numbers.
- Confident use of MS Office.
- Willingness to engage in challenging projects in international teams.
- Quick comprehension and high commitment.
- Fluent written and spoken German and English.
