About the Role
RX Japan is seeking a driven individual to join their team as a Sales and Planning professional. This role involves attracting exhibitors to their trade shows and developing new event concepts from scratch. It combines sales and planning to energize Japanese industries through exhibitions.
Responsibilities
- Propose exhibition participation to domestic and international companies and develop new leads.
- Understand client business challenges, participation objectives, and KPIs to propose tailored exhibition plans and concepts.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, proposing future participation based on past performance and challenges.
- Develop and launch new exhibitions and concepts based on client and market needs.
- Promote exhibition projects by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including marketing and operations teams.
Requirements
- University degree or higher.
- Over 5 years of corporate sales experience.
- Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PDF).
