About the Role
As a Personal Trainer at Virgin Active, you will shape lifestyles, build confidence, and play a direct role in changing lives by delivering exceptional coaching. Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional one-to-one and small group personal training sessions
- Design intelligent, personalised programmes aligned to each member’s goals and lifestyle
- Build meaningful relationships that drive long-term engagement and results
- Grow your client base through proactive member interaction, experiences and referrals
- Create standout fitness experiences that elevate the club environment
- Collaborate with club teams to deliver a seamless, premium member journey
- Track progress and continuously evolve your approach to maximise impact
- Represent Virgin Active with energy, credibility and professionalism
- Deliver HYROX-inspired training sessions and programmes
- Support members in preparing for competitive fitness events
- Be part of a globally recognised performance movement
- Build a niche and grow your client base within functional and performance training
- Opportunities to deliver Group Exercise classes including Strength & Conditioning and Reformer Pilates
Requirements
- REPS Level 3 or CIMSPA equivalent (for Expert Personal Trainer)
- CIMSPA Level 3 Personal Training qualification (for Elite Personal Trainer)
- Virgin Active Level 4 Nutrition qualification (for Elite Personal Trainer)
- Established, high-performing PT ready to operate at a premium level (for Elite Personal Trainer)
- Building your PT career and ready to establish a strong client base (for Expert Personal Trainer)
