About the Role
Ensure the right materials are available at the right time and ensure smooth processes along our procurement processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage material flows
- Actively shape procurement processes
- Collaborate closely with strategic purchasing
- Analyze material requirements
- Control orders in the ERP system
- Ensure material availability
- Coordinate deliveries
- Check and book incoming goods
- Independently resolve supplier delays, quality deviations, returns, and invoice discrepancies
- Maintain material and purchasing master data
- Support inventories and the clarification of stock differences
- Take on own projects
- Continuously develop purchasing and procurement processes
- Organize and coordinate tenders together with strategic purchasing
- Represent the Team Lead Procurement & Sourcing
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
- Min. 2 years of professional experience in purchasing and/or material management
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Knowledge of an ERP system is an advantage
- Willingness to learn, team spirit, initiative, and independent, precise way of working
- Good German and English skills
- Hands-on mentality and an enthusiastic personality
