About the Role
Join M&G's eight-week Summer Internship in Asset Management Private Markets, starting 28 June 2027. Gain hands-on experience, develop skills, and understand Private Markets. This internship is a pathway to our Graduate Programme.
Responsibilities
- Join one team for eight weeks, taking on meaningful work, contributing to live projects, and shadowing experienced colleagues.
- Collaborate with peers on a live strategic challenge, developing teamwork and problem-solving skills, and presenting recommendations.
- Participate in interactive learning sessions and networking opportunities.
- Receive regular check-ins with the Early Careers Team, manager, and buddy for support.
- Learn about the business by working alongside experienced professionals across various functions and investment desks.
- Support projects and meet/shadow individuals from across the investment business.
- Understand what it takes to be an M&G investment professional and the key competencies required for a career in the industry.
Requirements
- Expected graduation date of Summer 2028 (penultimate or final year student intending to pursue a Master's degree).
- Available to start the programme on 28 June 2027.
- Right to Work in the UK at the time of application (visa sponsorship is not provided).
