About the Role
At Accenture Strategy, you will combine M&A strategy with consistent execution, supporting clients from due diligence and value creation to carve-outs, integrations, and scaling, working closely with C-level executives and investment teams.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate M&A targets, identifying attractive acquisition goals and assessing inorganic growth options.
- Analyze deals, supporting commercial, operational, and technology due diligence to provide insights for investment decisions.
- Realize deal value by supporting transaction execution and synergy realization during integrations.
- Participate in carve-outs, divestitures, trade sales, and IPO processes.
- Shape private equity mandates, working on pre- and post-deal projects from due diligence to value creation and transformation.
Requirements
- Above-average completed university degree (Master's).
- Analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in M&A, strategy, financial analysis/modeling, or corporate transformation.
- Passion for strategic and creative thinking.
- Very good German and English language skills.
