About the Role
Join our Hotel Services team at The Harley Street Clinic as a Night Housekeeping Assistant. You will ensure all patient rooms, clinical areas, and shared spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation, creating a welcoming, calm, and hygienic environment for patient recovery and visitor reassurance.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning patient rooms, public areas, and staff spaces.
- Ensuring every area is safe, tidy, and presentable.
- Working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to support hospital operations.
- Performing any tasks specifically assigned by the Supervisor or designee.
- Carrying out any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor or designee.
- Attending mandatory training on an annual basis.
Requirements
- Passionate about patient care and cleanliness.
- Able to communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and healthcare staff.
- Comfortable working in a hospital environment and coming into contact with patients.
- Aware of hygiene standards.
- Passionate about customer care.
- Able to work under pressure with a flexible approach.
