About the Role
As a Customer Advisor (d/m/w), you will independently advise our diverse range of financial products, build sustainable customer relationships through personal and telephone contact, and take responsibility for customer support in your branch. You will work closely and trustfully with your branch team, organize your workday independently, and serve as a competent contact person for customers regarding financial matters.

Requirements
- Sales talent with enjoyment in working with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Successful commercial training, ideally as a bank clerk, or several years of professional experience, preferably in customer advisory services or sales.
- Career changers with enjoyment in dealing with people are welcome.
- High service competence and resilience in daily work.
- Openness to rapidly changing framework conditions.
- High interest in financial topics and economic contexts.
- Openness to new technologies and use of digital applications, including AI-supported tools, to support daily work.
- Act responsibly and ensure careful handling of data and information.
