About the Role
We are seeking a Lead Data Analyst passionate about our mission to partner with operational teams, driving data-informed decisions to support product growth through scaling and optimization.
Responsibilities
- Drive analytics efforts within operations teams, supporting customer service, criminal activity screening, and identity verification.
- Collaborate with operational leads, product managers, designers, and engineers to translate insights into actionable changes.
- Build and refine analytical models for strategic capacity planning and forecasting.
- Own and maintain data pipelines to ensure data flow reliability and accuracy.
- Develop predictive models and conduct cause-and-effect analysis to optimize processes and strategic planning.
- Assess operational health of FinCrime functions, conduct cost analysis, and analyze operational metrics impacting customer experience.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of key strategic initiatives.
- Lead the implementation of the operations KPI tree and target-setting framework.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to standardize processes across forecasting, scheduling, and real-time operations.
