About the Role
Kong is a fast-paced and demanding environment that requires best-in-class service. You will lead and grow a large team with humility and care, ensuring guests receive hospitality beyond the expected.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a large team.
- Protect the standards of service.
- Ensure guests receive hospitality beyond the expected.
- Keep stations stocked and ready.
- Ensure sauces and chopsticks are ready for guests.
Requirements
- Around six months of work experience of any kind is helpful.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
- Flexibility required across a 15-hour operational day, 8am–11pm.
- Availability Monday to Sunday.
Skills
- Keen to learn about food and drink.
- Skilled in looking after people, guests and teammates.
- Detail-oriented.
- Team player.
