About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring, and experienced Level 3 qualified Nursery Nurse to join our fantastic Early Years team. At Colindale, we believe that every child deserves to feel happy, valued, and inspired to learn. We're looking for someone who shares that belief and can bring creativity, warmth, and energy to our Nursery.
Responsibilities
- Provide a safe and stimulating environment for young children.
- Support children's learning and development through play-based activities.
- Observe and assess children's progress, and communicate with parents.
- Implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Promote inclusive practice and support children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS and SEND.
- Commitment to inclusive practice.
- Passion for creating exciting learning opportunities, both indoors and outdoors.
