About the Role
In this apprenticeship, you will learn the essentials of retail and how we ensure a successful shopping experience in our Lidl stores through quality, freshness, and cleanliness. You will gain practical experience in stocking shelves, product presentation, baking, and operating the cash register. You will also be involved in checking incoming goods, supporting inventory tasks, and assisting customers.
Responsibilities
- Learn the essentials of retail and how to ensure quality, freshness, and cleanliness in Lidl stores.
- Stocking and presenting goods, baking, and operating the cash register.
- Checking incoming goods and supporting inventory tasks.
- Assisting customers with advice and support.
- Creating personnel deployment plans and leading your first own shift (for the third year of apprenticeship as a retail clerk).
- Participating in training sessions and exciting trainee projects.
