About the Role
As a Developer and System Integrator in our growing Digital Team within Managed Solutions, you will design, develop, implement and maintain effective, scalable solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand their needs and translate them into solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced professional to join the team.
Responsibilities
- Work within agile delivery, aligned to weekly and daily agile governance.
- Liaise with Business Analysts to understand business requirements and with Solution Architects on functional and technical designs.
- Support the Delivery Lead / Project Manager with scoping and estimation of development efforts.
- Develop Zoho solutions that meet business requirements.
- Enforce coding standards and perform code reviews.
- Integrate Zoho applications using APIs (REST, SOAP) and webhooks.
- Develop program specifications and detailed design documents.
- Write unit tests and proactively resolve defects in developed solutions.
- Work collaboratively with test teams during Product test and UAT phases to fix assigned bugs.
- Provide primary support for assigned systems and applications, and backup support for other systems as needed.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on Zoho applications and functionalities.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a developer, or programming experience in Zoho or similar low-code applications.
- Experience with languages such as Deluge, Java and Python.
- Familiarity with connecting Zoho applications using APIs (REST, SOAP) and Webhooks.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working directly with end users.
- Ability to analyse, understand business problems and document in a detailed design document.
- Experience with various testing methodologies (e.g., unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing).
- Experience writing unit tests and proactively resolving defects.
- Experience with different development lifecycle methodologies (e.g. Agile).
- Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge.
- Experience with Git or similar tools for code management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Access, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) including macros creation.
