About the Role
The Club Coordinator at Ten Trinity Square Private Members Club supports the Membership, Events, and Member Relations functions, helping to deliver an exceptional experience for members and guests. This role is key in supporting the day-to-day administration of the Club and acting as a primary point of contact for members and guests.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Membership and Events teams
- Assist with membership enquiries, communications, and record management
- Support the coordination and administration of Club events and member activities
- Welcome members and guests and assist with Club Reception duties
- Maintain accurate databases, reports, and membership information
- Coordinate reservations, event bookings, and member requests
- Build positive relationships with members, guests, and internal stakeholders
- Support member engagement initiatives and Club communications
- Work collaboratively with operational teams to ensure exceptional service delivery
Requirements
- Previous experience within administration, membership services, events, hospitality, or a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications
- Professional presentation and a guest focused mindset
- Positive attitude and collaborative approach to teamwork
- Good spoken and written English
- Right to Work in the UK
