About the Role
You will be critical in driving new customer acquisitions by developing and maintaining relationships with brokers, professional services firms, and business owners. You will play a critical role for ANZ, increasing funds under management by providing whole of business finance solutions to customers. This role can lead to many career pathways within our commercial division and across the rest of ANZ, with inspiring leaders and tailored learning opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and leverage deep circle of influence and broker relationships
- Drive a structured, disciplined weekly operating rhythm to drive strong sales momentum
- Use data & insights to engage potential and existing customers and to identify opportunities
- Collaborate with ANZ stakeholders to solve complex problems
- Deliver excellent customer outcomes and experiences
Requirements
- Business Development experience to build relationships and drive commercial outcomes
- Experience with credit assessment and management
- Ability to plan and prioritise to deliver on customer needs and strategic priorities
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive efficiencies and long-term value
- Strong stakeholder management to anticipate, understand and identify different needs
- A passion for helping business owners thrive
- Proven experience developing new and existing relationships with business owners and external networks
- FSR Tier 2 certificate
- University degree will be well regarded
