Responsibilities
- Perform tile laying work in vacant apartments during renovation and refurbishment for re-rental.
- Prepare and process substrates, and perform sealing, laying, and grouting work.
- Replace, repair, and renew damaged tiles, and repair existing tile floors.
- Carry out general renovation and refurbishment work in the residential property portfolio.
- Support cross-trade craft work, such as minor painting, drywall, and repair tasks.
- Document performed work and determine material requirements.
- Organize and order necessary materials for construction sites.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in a trade, ideally as a tile layer (m/f/d) or in a comparable trade.
- Practical experience in laying, repairing, and renewing tiles, as well as in substrate preparation and grouting.
- Ideally, experience in renovation, refurbishment, or repair of apartments.
- Manual dexterity and willingness to undertake cross-trade renovation work as needed.
- Independent, reliable, and meticulous work approach.
- Teamwork skills and sense of responsibility.
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written.
- Driver's license class B.
