Responsibilities
- Maintenance, repair, and inspection of building technology systems.
- Performing electrical work within the scope of your qualifications.
- Rectifying technical defects in apartments and buildings.
- Assisting with maintenance work and vacant apartment renovations.
- Inspection and documentation of defects.
- Working according to technical specifications and safety regulations.
- Coordination with colleagues, tenants, and external service providers.
Requirements
- Completed training in the electrical field, e.g., as an Electronics Technician (m/f/d), Electrician (m/f/d), or Electrical Installer (m/f/d), or similar.
- Experience in maintenance, building technology, or technical building management is advantageous.
- Technical understanding and manual dexterity.
- Independent, meticulous, and reliable way of working.
- Friendly demeanor towards tenants, colleagues, and service providers.
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken.
- Driver's license class B.
