About the Role
Join our team to advise clients on international employee assignments, focusing on remote work, workation, and foreign home offices. You will specialize in advisory and coordination, handling social security, tax, and immigration compliance.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and their internationally deployed professionals in HR, Global Mobility, and Tax departments.
- Coordinate and align necessary services such as social security, tax, and immigration.
- Manage all compliance areas including Tax, Social Security, PWD registrations, and Immigration, both domestically and internationally.
- Collaborate with international Deloitte offices to ensure optimal global client consultation.
- Contribute significantly to tender preparations, pricing, and proposal presentations.
- Utilize modern AI tools to support daily tasks, identify new AI use cases, and enhance existing workflows.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Law (focus on HR, Project Management, or similar), or a Diplom-Finanzwirt(FH) with a tax focus.
- Professional experience in managing cross-border employees in international companies with a tax focus.
- Completed or pursuing the tax advisor examination.
- Enjoy complex tasks, with conceptual thinking and systematic work approach.
- Skilled and engaging in communication and interaction with people of various nationalities.
- Willingness to travel.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English.
