  • Build data-rich experiences with visualizations, maps, and AI-powered insights to support sourcing, leasing, and investment decisions.
  • Work directly with internal users to understand workflows, gather requirements, and test prototypes with rapid feedback.
  • Use design and AI tools to prototype features, contribute product ideas, and help shape the roadmap with leadership.
  • Collaborate with backend and research leads to develop tools for additional business functions.

Requirements

  • Four to ten years of frontend-heavy experience building and shipping production applications, including substantial end-to-end product ownership.
  • Strong experience with React and Next.js, enterprise products, and data-intensive interfaces such as charts, maps, or analytics.
  • Experience with Figma or similar design tools, design systems, and AI coding or design tools for prototyping and development.
  • Ability to work independently, engage directly with users, and synthesize feedback into product requirements.
  • Strong computer science fundamentals and at least two years at a large technology company or high-growth startup.
