About the Role

This role involves analyzing business processes, developing AI use cases and business cases, configuring AI solutions, and supporting marketing and sales activities. You will gain practical experience through client projects and gain insights into the consulting world.

Responsibilities

Analyze business processes and develop AI use cases and business cases.
Configure Agentic AI solutions and develop agent-based workflows.
Support marketing and sales activities, including content, sales decks, and proposals.
Monitor current Agentic AI trends and regulatory developments and derive relevant implications.
Conduct market and competitor analyses for AI solutions.
Assist with client meetings, workshops, and Proofs of Concept, as well as gathering business requirements.
Collaborate closely with business, technology, marketing, and sales teams to advance the portfolio.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Innovation Management, or a comparable field, with at least 4 semesters completed.
Possess initial experience in consulting, product management, business development, or marketing.
High affinity for AI tools and understanding of how Generative and Agentic AI can improve processes, customer experiences, and business models.
Quickly grasp complex business and technology topics, analyze them structurally, and present them comprehensibly.
Enjoy creating high-quality marketing and sales materials and have a good sense for target-group-oriented communication.
Ideally, have initial experience with No-Code/Low-Code platforms, workflow automation, or digital solutions.
Work analytically, independently, and solution-oriented, demonstrating initiative and creativity.
Confident in customer interactions.
Excellent German and English language skills.
