About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Job Coach, helping participants optimize their resumes, prepare for interviews, and integrate into the job market. This role involves career counseling, potential analysis, and networking with companies and institutions to secure opportunities for our participants.
Responsibilities
- Support participants in optimizing application documents and preparing for interviews.
- Guide participants in career planning, analyze strengths, and identify development potential.
- Assist participants in vocational training and further education with internship searches and initial job market integration.
- Establish and maintain contacts with relevant companies, authorities, and institutions to secure internship and job opportunities.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Educational Science, Social Work, Adult Education, or a similar qualification.
- Completed coaching training or a similar qualification.
- Knowledge of current and appealing application document standards.
- Experience in coaching.
- Experience working with the target group is ideal.
- Organized and self-reliant work style.
- Strong social competence and commitment in dealing with coaching participants.
- Fluent German language skills at C1 level.
- Good IT skills, especially in creating applications with Microsoft Word.
