About the Role
EF Education First is seeking a Study Abroad Counselor to support individuals pursuing their dreams of studying abroad. This role is highly socially impactful, guiding clients through the process of international education and cultural experiences.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries from HP, brochures, and social media.
- Schedule counseling appointments via phone or social media.
- Conduct counseling sessions (in-person or web) to propose study abroad plans tailored to individual needs and goals.
- Collaborate with student support teams and local EF staff to follow up with clients from preparation to return.
- Proactively produce the first step towards studying abroad.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Over 2 years of sales experience.
- Adaptability and a challenging spirit to thrive in a fast-paced organization.
- English proficiency beyond daily conversation for meetings and communication with overseas offices.
- Full fluent Japanese proficiency.

- Monthly salary starting from 280,000 JPY
- Includes 40 hours of overtime allowance
