About the Role
We bring big brands to life. cip stands for creative concepts and first-class implementation in retail, event, edutainment, and brand communication. We are looking for individuals who love sports, brands, and action, and want to be the face behind growing brands.
Responsibilities
- Support event implementation and ensure smooth on-site operations.
- Represent brands in retail and at lifestyle events.
- Enthuse customers with product knowledge, actively promote sales, and conduct product training for retail staff and event attendees.
- Handle logistics in the event area, including van transport, warehouse support, material and equipment transport, loading/unloading vehicles, and event setup/teardown.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled student or high school graduate.
- Willingness to travel, possess a Class B driver's license (manual transmission), and be able to drive a van.
- Must be mobile to reach our warehouse in Berlin.
- Comfortable approaching people and possess a positive demeanor.
- Available for at least two events per month (ideally two weekends), with weekday availability also possible.
- Willingness to submit two short videos as part of the application: one introducing yourself and explaining your interest in the Brand Ambassador role, and another selling a product of your choice.
