About the Role

We are seeking a Solutions Architect with strong Microsoft development and deep Azure cloud experience to lead enterprise application modernization efforts. This individual will partner with stakeholders, development teams, and technical leadership to design, architect, and deliver scalable solutions. This role offers an excellent opportunity for technical problem-solving and business engagement, influencing architectural decisions at scale.

Responsibilities

Design and architect enterprise applications and cloud-based solutions within Microsoft Azure.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Lead architecture discussions for application modernization, integrations, and cloud transformation initiatives.
Provide technical guidance to software engineers and development teams throughout the SDLC.
Evaluate existing systems and recommend architectural improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish architecture standards, best practices, and governance.
Support project prioritization and solution design across multiple business units and product teams.
Identify opportunities to improve application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
Communicate architecture decisions and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

10+ years of software engineering or application development experience.
3+ years of experience in a Solutions Architect, Application Architect, or similar architecture-focused role.
Strong Microsoft technology stack experience, including C#, .NET / ASP.NET, SQL Server, and REST APIs and integrations.
Deep experience designing and implementing solutions within Microsoft Azure.
Experience with cloud modernization, cloud migrations, and enterprise application design.
Strong understanding of software architecture patterns and best practices.
Experience working directly with business stakeholders and leadership teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
