About the Role
The Client Engagement Project Coordinator acts as a strategic bridge between Bergdorf Goodman’s luxury offerings, our selling leadership teams, and our global client base. This role supports initiatives that enhance the BG client experience across both in-store and digital channels, collaborating cross-functionally with store leadership, CRM, merchants, and ecommerce teams. The role is responsible for transforming brand priorities and seasonal trends into high-impact outreach strategies and personalized client experiences.
