About the Role
We are looking for a General Manager to join our team, someone who embraces our members, the team, and our culture. You will lead from the front, set the standard for service, and have an unwavering commitment to understanding and exceeding member expectations.
Responsibilities
- Lead from the front and by example, happy to get stuck in and set the standard for service.
- Understand member expectations and have a continuous improvement plan in place to exceed them.
- Be a great leader, engaging and inspirational, setting a high-level example to your team and members.
- Navigate P&L figures, have an eye for detail, and take a strategic approach to maximizing gym potential.
- Manage compliance whilst delivering the highest service levels during the day-to-day running of the gym.
- Be on the gym floor, working with a fully engaged team to deliver excellence.
- Share best practice with peers.
- Engage and influence when needed and form strategic plans to reinforce business decisions.
- Have a positive approach to team development and continuously look for ways to maximize their potential.
