About the Role
As a Merchandiser, you will play a key role in representing Nestlé brands in-store, gaining hands-on experience and growing with a global leader in Nutrition, Health and Wellness. This role offers a flexible way to launch a career in sales or re-enter the workforce.
Responsibilities
- Represent Nestlé brands across the Grocery channel (Coles, Woolworths & Independents).
- Build displays, secure shelf space, and drive in-store execution.
- Partner with Store Managers to influence and deliver strong commercial outcomes.
- Follow a weekly plan with opportunities for extra hours during peak periods.
- Take ownership of daily tasks with support from a Territory Sales Manager.
Requirements
- Experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships.
- Possess a valid driver's licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Comfortable with lifting, moving, and building displays.
- Proficient in using a mobile device to document work and capture display highlights.
- Reside within the local area and enjoy working independently on the road.
- Organized, safety-focused, and motivated to deliver strong results.
- Full Australian working rights.
- Ability to undergo pre-employment checks, including health checks.
