About the Role
Fuse Energy is seeking a Senior Recruiter (Operations and GTM) to scale business and GTM functions, identifying high-calibre talent for rapid expansion. This role involves hiring across Operations, Finance, Legal, and Sales, including specialized positions, and contributing to the operational excellence of a new energy company.
Responsibilities
- Develop tailored sourcing strategies to engage top-tier talent from fast-growing, high-bar businesses.
- Screen and assess candidates for both role fit and cultural fit.
- Run high-quality processes: drive pipeline activity, facilitate debriefs, and ensure seamless candidate experiences.
- Negotiate offers and close world-class talent in competitive markets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their needs and timelines.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on business/operations roles in high-performance environments.
- Proven track record filling ops and GTM roles, including Ops Manager, Founder's Associate, Finance, Legal, and Sales.
- Background hiring at companies known for a high bar (fast-growing startups, scaleups, or well-known competitive firms).
- Proven ability to identify and close candidates with niche, in-demand skill sets.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills across all levels of an organisation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with ATS tools, reporting, and data-driven recruiting practices.
