Seeking a full-time skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to provide exceptional care directly in patients' homes locally. This role is for a dedicated professional committed to improving patients' quality of life through personalized physical therapy services.
Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions, including exercises and stretches, aimed at enhancing patients' mobility and function.
- Create and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and goals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care.
Requirements
- Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the State of California.
- Valid CA Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Up-to-date BLS (CPR) / ACLS certification.
- Valid Driver's License along with auto-insurance.
